Job Title: Portfolio Manager
Job Duties
• Undertake an assessment of portfolio company needs
• Develop a holistic programme to address gaps identified during the assessment of the portfolio companies in consultation with management for action
• Provide support to the Portfolio companies to build value in them
Qualification Required & Experience
• A postgraduate degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Finance / Economics or related field
• 8 to 10 years of experience in investment banking / portfolio management
Abilities and Skills
• Good understanding of investment appraisal and portfolio management
• Must be a team player, confident with strong and analytical skills and personality
• Must be a computer literate, proactive individual with strong initiative
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, meet strict deadlines with minimum supervision and a "can do" attitude
• Must possess excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Integrity, confidentiality and good stakeholder management skills
• Fluency reading, writing and speaking English is required
