A career within Technology Consulting, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients develop/implement strategies that transform their technology capabilities and solve their key challenges.
In this role, you’ll be required to contribute to the achievement of the firm’s objectives by driving the growth of the Technology Consulting team, increasing revenue from services offered, working as part of a team of problem solvers and helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
Experience
Minimum of 10 years experience in a number of the following areas in IT, including Digital Transformation, Cloud Infrastructure, Enterprise Architecture, Technology Project Management, Technology Strategy and Operations, Application Development, Systems Implementation and/or Infrastructure projects.
An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools.
Experience developing IT strategies and roadmaps to enable the client to deliver future state and transformed operations.
Experience supporting vendor/product selection and complex transformational projects built around implementation of technology solutions.
Experience developing shared services and/or outsourcing strategic plans, including options analysis (benefits, risks, mitigations across various delivery options).
Experience across many layers of enterprise architecture, including: business architecture, application architecture, information architecture and technology architecture.
Communication – strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation
Team player – effective team working, providing support as and when needed, high accountability for the success and quality of project deliverables.
Education
Minimum of first degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/ Engineering or any related field.
Relevant professional certifications e.g. TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework), Cloud Solution Architect, CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), PMP (Project Management Professional), SCRUM Master or its equivalent is mandatory.
Responsibilities
Drive the identification and pursuit of new opportunities with new and existing clients
Support large, multidisciplinary teams in the delivery of exceptional services and outcomes to our clients.
Help grow and develop our team through training
Support tracking and management of team’s performance.
Be accountable for all aspects of the team’s project delivery, quality and economics.
Drive the development of innovative solutions for our clients complex business and technology issues
Navigate the complexities of cross-border and/or diverse teams and engagements.
Lead delivery of projects and initiate open/candid coaching conversations at all levels .
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in project planning and execution and overall client service delivery.
Initiate and lead open conversations with teams, clients and stakeholders to build trust.
Uphold the firm’s code of ethics and business conduct.
