Qualification Required & Experience
• A successful candidate must possess a university degree in Marketing with at least 5 years of experience in Life Insurance sales
• Candidate must be resident in the chosen region
Key Competencies
• Assist the branch manager in business development, commercial operations and profitability of the company's products. Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales agents
• Must possess strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication and selling skills
