Job Title: Senior Sales Executive
Job Summary
• Research and develop market strategies, identify new business and design an appropriate strategy to maximize sales, revenue and expense control
Job Requirements
• Develop new markets in the AGRO CHEMICAL BUSINESS
• Maintaining good relationship with clients by making regular visits and responding to orders promptly
• Processing client orders by following required and due procedure
• Demonstrating time management skills and meeting sales target
• Proving weekly report on all sales activities as well as market price research
• Oversee the activities and performance of team members
• Develop the sales team through motivation, training and product knowledge.
• Study and report on Market trends
• Maximize revenue and debt recorvery
Qualification Required & Experience
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of Degree is required
• 3-5 years experience in the business
• Experience in Agro chemical /FMCG Business
• Graphic design is a plus
• Basic Computer skills required (Excel, Microsoft, PPT)
