Job Description

• Responsible for providing the first impression for the bank. Making the customer feel safe, answering pertinent questions
• Promoting the bank’s services.
• To provide the customer with excellent service so that the customer continues to use the bank for all of his or her financial needs.
• Filling out deposit and withdrawal slips
• Answering the phones
• Balancing numbers at the end of the business day

Qualification Required & Experience

• HND / Degree in related field

Location: Accra & Kumasi
