A Montessori School located at Kasoa is looking for: Head Teacher

Job Description

• Report directly to the Board of Directors and ensure the achievement of the School’s vision and Mission
• Responsible for Academic and Financial administration
• Management of staff performance, training, development and Work Ethics
• Responsible for all assets and HSEQ
• Liaison with all regulatory bodies and ensuring compliance with all statutory laws

Qualification Required and Experience

• Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood Education/any other relevant qualification with experience in Montessori education
• 6 years teaching experience of which two years should have been in a similar role
• Applicants must live in and around Kasoa.
