Job Description
• Ticketing agent sell tickets to customers
• Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
• Help make and confirm reservations. Calculate expenses, write and sell tickets to the passengers.
• Provide clients with professional travel advice to assure value for money and client satisfaction • Research and update the relevant portals and stakeholders on various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions and reviews to enhance customer satisfaction
• Network with industry professionals and partner establishment both local and outside
• Reading and interpreting the reservation system at a speedy pace.
• Monitoring reservations schedules and cancellations and no-shows.
Qualification Required & Experience
• Applicants must have at least an HND as well as 3 years work experience.
